About the Residence Hall Santillana
Santillana University Residence is a male residence located in the northern part of the city of Madrid, in the peaceful neighborhood of Mirasierra, affiliated with the Autonomous University of Madrid.
It is well-connected to all universities and the city center through bus lines, metro, and commuter trains (Mirasierra – Paco de Lucía – L9).
It offers full board from Monday to Sunday, laundry and ironing service, daily room cleaning, and full access to all facilities, both sports and study-related.
All rooms are single and come with a private bathroom and shower.

Laundry
Our dry cleaning, laundry, and clothing ironing services are exceptional, managed by a superb team that handles these tasks.
The service is provided weekly for everyday clothing and twice a week for items like pants, sweaters, jackets, etc., including sewing service when needed.
Education and Training
What sets a College Residence apart from a University Dormitory or any other type of accommodation is the personal development of individuals. At Santillana, we offer individual tutoring, lectures, professional discussions with distinguished speakers, workshops, and various other forms of training.
Moreover, for those interested, there is the option of spiritual development.

College Mayor Santillana provides Wi-Fi in all common areas and rooms. Additionally, we have Fiber Optic connectivity, ensuring high-speed internet for optimal productivity in your studies.

Being a resident includes participation in all community-building events and organized trips by the College Residence, such as orientation gatherings, veteran trips, retreat courses, cultural getaways, etc.

Economic Conditions
PRICES FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2025/2026
Enrollment: €500 (VAT included)
This fee is only paid in the first year and serves as a reservation.
Deposit: €1,450 (VAT included)
This payment will be refunded at the end of the stay at the College Residence, marking the start of the contractual relationship between the resident and the College.
Total course fee: €13,650 (VAT included).
This includes all monthly payments and the activity fee (€600).
Payment Facilities
For families requesting it, the course fee can be financed through direct debit payments to be collected between the 1st and 5th of each month, from September to May.
First monthly payment: €1,450 (VAT included) + €600 activity fee
Second and subsequent monthly payments: €1,450 (VAT included)
Admission Process
Submit a placement request. (Request Placement)
Schedule an in-person interview between the prospective resident, along with their parents, and a person from the management or administration of Santillana at the College Residence.
If accepted, make a payment of €500 as a reservation enrollment fee.
Once the enrollment fee is paid, the placement will be secured until July 10, by which the deposit of €1,390 must be paid.
